Many people like smoked meat. I decided to experiment a little. Taking a little of the marinade ingredients from different sources, in my opinion it turned out not bad, the household checked out. Enjoy your meal!!!
Prepare the chicken fillet: wash the breast well and cut into 2 halves.
Marinade: I mixed soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and ginger. Salt and pepper.
I put the chicken in the marinade and left it in the refrigerator for two hours.
After two hours of marinating, I took it out of the marinade and dried it with a paper towel.
I soaked the sawdust for half an hour in water.
Then I put them in special boxes.
I have a gas grill with three burners. I lit two of them and put these boxes in the same place.
When the smoke went out about 20 minutes later put the meat. I closed the lid and left one burner burning. At a temperature of 90 degrees, smoked for 20 minutes, then turned it over and another 20 minutes.
