  1. We prepare our tomatoes, scald them with boiling water and remove the skin.
  2. Slice the tomatoes.
  3. Greens, my favorite basil and cilantro, also wash and finely chop.
  4. Mix everything, add oil and crushed garlic. And also finely chopped mushrooms (raw!)
  5. Sprinkle chopped cheese on top. It goes well with croutons, pita bread.
