Preparation of mayonnaise. In the yolk, add salt, sugar, lemon juice, mustard and begin to beat, pouring a thin stream of oil. Thus it turns out mayonnaise, which should be put to cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In the salad mix, add the cherry, cut into quarters, radish-rings.
Cut the chicken fillet, mushrooms and fry them in a pan with the addition of oil, at the end of frying salt and pepper.
On a serving dish put a mix of salad with vegetables, on top-fried chicken and mushrooms, then add mayonnaise.
