Preparation of mayonnaise. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, mustard to the yolk and start whipping, pouring a thin stream of oil. Thus, mayonnaise is obtained, which should be put to cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In the salad mixture, add cherries, cut into quarters, radish rings.

Put a salad mixture with vegetables on a serving dish, fried chicken and mushrooms on top, then pour mayonnaise.
