Sift flour, add salt. Make a deepening in the flour and pour vegetable oil and half a portion of water. Stir with spoon.
Pour the remaining water, knead the dough. Roll it into a ball and leave to rest, covered with a towel.
Onions cut into cubes, fry until Golden in vegetable oil.
Add, cut into small cubes zucchini and finely chopped garlic.
Fry until Golden brown. At the end of frying salt and pepper to taste.
Filling is ready.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough thinly. The dough is obedient, does not stick to the surface, easy to roll out!
Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs.
Spread the filling.
Roll the strudel into a tight roll. If your filling has not cooled down yet (like me), you need to do it quickly, until the thin dough begins to spread.
Then put the strudel on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Serve can be both hot and cold.
