  1. Finely chop the meat, add salt.
  2. Fry in vegetable oil (take a little of the total amount).
  3. Chop the cabbage, pepper and cucumber into strips.
  4. Add the fried meat to the vegetables.
  5. I have a salad mix.
  6. Add the salad mixture to the bowl with meat and vegetables. Mix it.
  7. Preheat the oil to a hot state.
  8. Mix it.
  9. Add lettuce leaves (you can without them), salt and pepper to taste. Mix it.
