  1. Grate the fresh pumpkin on a grater (I used a grater to cook Korean carrots).
  2. Do the same with zucchini.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the cabbage.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables, add the chopped coriander and parsley. Pour in lemon juice and fragrant oil, salt and pepper the mixture to taste, mix well.
