When the marmalade cools down, it’s ready. This marmalade can be stored for only 2 days, since we almost did not cook it. If you want to get a long-term marmalade, then add half a cup of water to the cake and boil for 30 minutes before adding it to the agar.
Please note, if you are making this marmalade cake from apples or pears, remove the core before pressing.
My children enjoy eating such sweets, and I am glad that they get a lot of fiber and vitamins.
You can experiment and put a small berry or nut in the middle of the filling.
