Light, pleasant and fresh fruit salad! Perfect for an evening snack when you don’t want to burden yourself and your stomach! A beautiful and very tasty salad.
In principle, the amount of fruit can be varied according to taste, I didn’t take a lot to eat everything at once and nothing spoiled in such heat!
So, cut the mango into strips.
We do the same with nectarine. In which-sweet and delicious nectarines have never come across in our group! I was afraid that one piece would not live to see my salad, I would eat it.
With an apple, too, everything is clear – chop it into strips, like its predecessors.
I have half an avocado, it was put into use, everything is simple – we do the same with avocados.
Now let’s take a grapefruit – peel it from the films and cut it into pieces. I got too ripe, and it just crumbled into grains, but it’s not scary!
Now put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, add lemon juice and martini. If for children, then of course without it!
Mix it all up. We put our salad in a cream bowl, sprinkle with grated white chocolate and decorate with cinnamon sticks. I also put some peanuts in coconut milk.
