Salad "Fruit and Vegetable Harmony" Recipe
Light and quite hearty (due to avocado) salad with a harmonious combination of fruit and vegetable flavors! Very tasty dish.

  1. Apples cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil, lightly salted and pepper, 3-4 minutes. 3/4 grapefruit to clear, rid of films, pulp cut into small pieces. Avocado cut into slices, pour lemon juice, leave for 5 minutes. Radish cut into slices, chop the salad.

  2. For dressing. From the remaining grapefruit squeeze the juice, mix it with the zest (1 tsp), 2 tbsp vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
