Peel the cucumber, peel the pepper from the seeds.
Whisk everything in a blender: cucumbers, bread, garlic, breadcrumbs, herbs and chop. Then, continuing to beat, add water, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Taste it and, if necessary, add salt, pepper and, possibly, garlic.
Cool slightly before serving.
Pour the gazpacho into cups or glasses and garnish with cucumber slices.
