Instructions
Boil the frozen green peas in a small amount of salt water. Such peas are more tender and sweet than canned.
Wash the potatoes and boil them.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into cubes.
Add the boiled peas to the potatoes with cucumbers.
Finely chop the green onion, parsley and dill.
Add the greens to the salad. In a separate container, mix oleic vegetable oil with salt and balsamic vinegar (6%). Season the salad with this mixture.
