Wash and dry the salad. Break into pieces, cut tomatoes in half, toss beans on a sieve, chop garlic.
Mix vegetable oil with soy sauce, creamy balsamic sauce and garlic.
Put a layer of lettuce leaves on the dish, sprinkle with dressing. Put the beans with tomatoes and tuna slices on top, pour over the dressing, sprinkle with capers and lightly fried sesame seeds.
