Instructions
Cut off the skin from the grapefruit.
Use a sharp knife to cut slices of grapefruit.
Squeeze the juice out of the leftovers.
Add honey to the juice.
Soy sauce.
And olive oil. Mix everything well, try it, you may need to add a little lemon juice if you get a small amount of grapefruit.
Cut the onion into thin half rings. I’m not a big fan of raw onions, so I prefer to scald them for salads. I leave it up to you.
