  1. Boil the meat in salted water with your favorite spices. Cool and cut into slices.
  2. Boil the string beans as well. Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
  3. Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into pieces.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings, saute in vegetable oil, add finely chopped red hot pepper to the onion. If you are afraid of sharpness, then you can add it just a little bit. Or don’t add it at all.
  5. Finely chop the garlic.
  6. In a salad bowl, mix the meat, beans, lettuce leaves, onion with pepper, garlic, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
