  1. Take fresh salmon, peel off the scales, rinse with cold water. Cut into portions. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  2. Place under the grill in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Chili sauce with lime will go very well with salmon.
