Instructions
Shrimp can be used both raw and boiled for ice cream. I made both, equally delicious. In its raw form, of course, it turns out juicier.
Prepare a marinade of lemon juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, crushed garlic.
Marinate the shrimp for an hour.
Fry for a couple of minutes on coals.
