If you want to treat mushrooms, but there are no preparations of them, this recipe is very useful and will help out! The appetizer turns out to be very flavorful, bombically delicious, tender! Cooking is very simple, good in warm and chilled form in addition to the main dishes on the table!
Wash oyster mushrooms and divide them into smaller pieces. Put in a heat-resistant form.
Mix the oil, soy sauce, dried spices and garlic through a press.
Pour the oyster mushroom sauce, add the bell pepper, cut into large pieces, and mix gently with your hands. Leave the mushrooms for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake oyster mushrooms in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool either to a warm state when serving, or to cool in the refrigerator. I prefer chilled ones.
Before serving, add 2-3 drops of vinegar, mix, put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs.
