  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Cut the zucchini into circles.
  3. Fry in a grill pan in vegetable oil on both sides of the zucchini circles. It is not necessary to salt, since the salt will be in the sauce.
  4. Prepare a cottage cheese dip sauce. Add sour cream, garlic, passed through a press, finely chopped dill to the cottage cheese. Add salt, add ground paprika.
  5. Punch with a blender until smooth. If the mass is too thick, then you can also add sour cream.
  6. The cottage cheese dip sauce is ready.
