Winter, cold, serious food… I went to the store, saw zucchini and realized that I wanted a light vegetable dish. Zucchini, cottage cheese, sour cream, dill, garlic – a nice and harmonious company.
Fry in a grill pan in vegetable oil on both sides of the zucchini circles. Salt is not necessary, as the salt will be in the sauce.
