Haddock with Tomatoes and Cheese Recipe
In assessing the taste of cod and haddock, different sources contradict each other: some argue that the softer and more tender the cod meat is, although haddock has more useful properties, others, highly appreciating the usefulness of haddock, believe that it surpasses cod in juiciness, softness and other qualities.

  1. Cut the fish into portions.
  2. Put dill with stalks on a greased baking sheet, put haddock on top of this “pillow”. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the white part of the leek into rings.
  4. Put it on the fish.
  5. Cut off the stalk of the tomato (although you can leave it), cut the tomato into circles. Put on top of the leeks.
  6. Put the cheese on top, cut into thin slices.
  7. Place the baking sheet in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes. Haddock with tomatoes and cheese is ready.
