Halva “Eastern Tales” Recipe
When we pronounce the word “halva”, as the eastern sage noted, our mouth does not become sweet, and we imagine a sweet grayish mass of seeds, but in the East “halva” means sweets.   1. That’s all we need for our halva.
  2. Peel and grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, add 0.5 liters of milk + semolina + raisins + cardamom (optional), bring to a boil (be sure to stir so as not to burn). It will thicken, the liquid will evaporate, and the pumpkin will become soft.?? Like this??
  3. And now add nuts, butter. Spread out in a flat form and let cool, then cut into pieces and serve (I did it for the first time, and we didn’t get to cooling, we crumbled, so we didn’t wait for the final result).
