  1. In a bowl chopper-chopper add the fillet of Turkey breast (200 gr.). Next add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Punch the Turkey breast fillet to a uniform homogeneous fine structure.
  3. Form round cutlets with wet hands. If desired, you can pan in breadcrumbs.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the grill pan. Fry the cutlets on both sides until tender.
  5. In a bowl add cream cheese (50 gr.), pass 1 clove. garlic through a garlic press. Mash cream cheese with garlic mush until smooth.
  6. Hamburger buns cut into two parts. Brush one part with a mixture of cheese and garlic.
  7. Put the hot Turkey fillet cutlet on the cheese layer. The cheese will melt slightly.
  8. Next, add sliced fresh cucumbers.
  9. Next, add the lettuce leaves.
  10. Brush the lettuce leaves lightly with garlic and cream cheese and cover the entire structure with the top of the hamburger bun.
