Cut Turkey breast fillet steaks into two parts, each part is approximately 0.7-0.8 mm thick.
Beat off each part with a cooking hammer, add pepper and salt to taste. Brush with vegetable oil.
Fry the Turkey breast fillet in a grill pan.....
...or on a barbecue grill.

Cut the hamburger bun into two parts. On the lower part, put a lettuce leaf, then fried Turkey breast fillet, then grease the fillet with the prepared avocado and garlic cream, then a plastic tomato, then a lettuce leaf again.
Add 1 teaspoon of avocado cream to the lettuce leaf.
