  1. Melt the butter, grease the slices of bread on one side.
  2. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cut in half. Mash the yolk with a fork, add half of the grated cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix it. If necessary, add a little salt.
  3. Brush the slices of bread on the other side with yolk-cheese paste.
  4. Place a slice of tomato on top.
  5. Spread the protein in a circle, cut into thin strips.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese in the middle.
