Ice Cream “Miracle” Recipe
Very tasty ice cream. It will remain your favorite, as you can change the recipe to your taste: your favorite cookies, nuts, fruits, or you can add mint, lime, chocolate, it all depends on your imagination!

  1. Chop the cookies to it, I added chopped nuts. Combine with soft butter and mix.
  2. Cover the form (d = 23 cm) with foil and leave the edges (so it will be easier to get it). Spread the dough over the entire surface of the mold.
  3. Bake at 180 * C for 8-10 minutes. Cool (about 25 minutes).
  4. Mix cream, sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla and whisk until peaks form.
  5. Add the fruit and mix.
  6. Cover and put in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
  7. Ready!
