While the autumn has not flooded us with rain and still fall warm, serene days, please yourself and your loved ones with this delicious autumn dessert. Spicy spices, creamy taste of ice cream and roasted nuts, pumpkin is not defined, rather resembles mango.
To begin with, prepare pumpkin puree. Pumpkin peel, chop and bake in the oven until tender.
Cool the pumpkin, grind well with a blender, add spices, honey, mix well.
To pumpkin puree add cream and condensed milk, mix well.
That's what I've got.
While I was cooking the nuts, I put the mixture in the freezer (for 15 minutes), walnuts, lightly calcined in a dry frying pan.
Slightly cool and clean from thin peel, chop.
I used silicone molds, put nuts on the bottom of each. Get the mixture from the freezer and beat slightly, I whipped with a fork, was afraid to kill the cream, the mass should be slightly air and denser in consistency, and you can mixer, but at a minimum speed.
Pour the mixture over the nuts, you can also sprinkle nuts on top.
