  6. Cut two potatoes into very thin plates and lay them on top with a fan. I didn’t have a couple (too lazy to go out for one potato!)I cut a couple of tomatoes and decorated them. The sides are slightly bent inward. Salt and pepper the top and pour olive oil, just a little.
