  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel the skin. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Fry the onion for 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 3-5 minutes, medium heat. Add the tomatoes.
  3. Fry for a couple of minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat, add thyme, 1 tsp sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. While the tomatoes are stewing, cook the fish fillet, cut into pieces. Cook the broth from the scraps. Wet the fillet, roll it in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the fish in olive oil, the fire is strong, for a couple of minutes. Add salt.
  6. Punch the tomato-onion mass with a blender (to the desired structure), pour in the fish broth, boil for a couple of minutes. Bring salt/sugar to taste.
  7. Serve with slices of fish, pepper. Finely chop the herbs with garlic, season the soup. Dry the croutons, rub with garlic, serve with soup.
