Millet plus potatoes is a dish that is called differently in different localities. Grandma called this dish “Kulesh”. It is very easy and fast to feed them with this dish, which is expensive at the dacha. We will need a minimum of food and very little time – while the flakes are cooking.

  1. Do everything at once if there is a stove. Put the millet to cook, following the instructions on the package. In another saucepan, boil the potatoes in salted water to taste, and fry the onion in a frying pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  3. Fry the chopped onion in oil. Fry it until soft.
  4. Before serving, I took the sausages and cooked them under the grill on skewers. It’s very fast and delicious.
  5. Boil millet in salted water and boiled potatoes.
  6. Make mashed potatoes from potatoes and put it to the millet.
  7. Stir and put the onion in a saucepan. Connect everything again. Ready!
