Lazy Finnish Pancakes Recipe
A great recipe for breakfast and not only, involving a variety of filling options. If you add less sugar to the dough, then you can wrap meat, mushrooms, and spicy cheese in pancakes, and whatever your heart desires). Another undeniable advantage of this recipe is that you do not need to waste time frying pancakes – the oven will do everything. I found the recipe on the Internet, I’m happy to share it.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 240-250 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar, add milk and melted butter.
  2. Sift the flour, add salt and baking powder, mix, gently add the liquid ingredients, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet (my size is about 30×40) or into a large mold.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. The finished pancake is uneven, strongly swollen. It’s not scary, when it cools down, it will level out.
  4. While the dough is in the oven, prepare the filling. Mash the cottage cheese with banana, add sugar and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly or punch it with a blender. You can add any berries, fruits, honey or syrup to the cottage cheese. It all depends on your preferences. Then evenly distribute the filling over the slightly cooled dough and roll into a roll.
  5. Cut the roll into portions and serve to the table.
