Instructions
Here are the ingredients we’ll need.
Add the egg and protein to the cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly. Who likes sweets, at this stage add sugar.
Spread the resulting mixture on the pita bread.
Then lay out the black currants.
Gently roll the pita bread into a roll. On a baking sheet covered with parchment, spread the roll.
Add the yolk to the milk, whisk a little.
Grease the pita bread with milk and yolk and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
