  1. Preheat the oven to 180 *C. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, cocoa and salt.
  2. Add oil, water, vanilla extract and mix quickly but thoroughly.
  3. Grease a silicone or metal mold with a hole in the middle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold, filling it with no more than 2/3 of the volume, the dough will increase during baking. Place in a preheated oven and bake until cooked (45-55 min.).
  4. Cool the finished cake in the mold for 15-20 minutes, then turn it over on the grill and cool completely.
