  1. chicken fillet can be simply boiled or simply fried, BUT… boiled fillet, as for me, is too dry, and fried – too fat)))…..so I do this: finely chop the fillet, salt, sprinkle with seasonings to taste, spread a thin layer on a plate and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes) then take it out, turn it over and cook for another 2 minutes)….you can grill for a minute later, but it’s not necessary)
  2. while the fillet is in the microwave, let’s do the salad. that’s how I got a cute little iceberg head))
  3. we tear it into not very large pieces.
  4. then cut about 2 tablespoons of nuts…I had walnuts…but I did it once with cashews….. Oooh…it there was something))))
  5. we cut the grapes…. my grapes were not very sweet. slightly tart…. if you are going to use something like kish-mish, you should probably either reduce its amount or add more lemon juice to the dressing.
  6. now the gas station…. take a piece of feta and mash it well with a fork. add grape and lemon juices, nuts and favorite spices to the cheese))) mix well)
  7. mix the chilled fillet with lettuce leaves, grapes and dressing.
  8. Ready.
