chicken fillet can be simply boiled or simply fried, BUT… boiled fillet, as for me, is too dry, and fried – too fat)))…..so I do this: finely chop the fillet, salt, sprinkle with seasonings to taste, spread a thin layer on a plate and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes) then take it out, turn it over and cook for another 2 minutes)….you can grill for a minute later, but it’s not necessary)
