To prepare citrus and herbs.
Squeeze juice from lemon and grapefruit, greens finely chop.
Couscous pour boiling water in the ratio 1:2, add parsley, olive oil, salt. Close and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Smoked chicken cut into large cubes.
Walnuts chop and fry in a dry pan. Half of the nuts aside for decoration.
Grapes cut in half. If the bones in the way, to remove.
I love bones and crunchy, and healthy.
To make a salad of chicken, grapes, nuts and half the Basil. Pour citrus juices and sprinkle with curry powder.
Salad mixed with couscous. Remove to steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (I like to put on the night).P. S. at First it may seem that too much citrus juice. But don't worry, cous-cous will take it all away.
To apply for plates to spread out the lettuce leaves, leaves, cous cous with chicken salad. Sprinkle the remaining nuts.
