Marshmallow Cake with Fruit Recipe
There are already several similar recipes on the site, and this is my version of the cake. My beloved said that he never drank tea with oranges and bananas, but he liked it! The delicate creamy and fruity taste will be an excellent addition to tea on the festive table. And besides, it doesn’t have to be baked in the oven and it cooks very quickly! I’m sure you’ll like my cake too!!!

Ingredients
  • 1piece Pear
  • 0,5kilogram Marshmallow
  • 1jar Creamwhipped; if you have cream with 30% fat, it is better to use them with the addition of 5 tablespoons.
  • 3pieces Cakebiscuit, ready
  • 2pieces Banana
  • 2pieces Orange
Instructions
  1. Products.
  2. Unfortunately, in the shops of our city you can find cream with only 10-15% fat content, and they, well, I don’t want to whip them in any way, so I decided to replace the already whipped cream from the jar with them (I had strawberry ones). Apply the cream to the first cake and spread it over the entire surface.
  3. Then put the marshmallows cut into 3 parts. You need to cut it with a hot knife so that the marshmallows do not stick and are well sliced. I dipped the knife in boiling water and immediately wiped it with a dry towel.
  4. Then lay out the ripe soft pear cut into thin slices.
  5. On repeat – cake, cream… Cover it with a banana.
  6. And again sponge cake, cream and mineola or orange. Smear the cake with cream and decorate with pieces of fruit. Let the finished cake stand in the cold for at least 4 hours.
