Mashed Potato Recipe
Each family has its own recipe for mashed potatoes. I want to share mine. It has a pronounced creamy taste and delicate texture. I do not use raw eggs and milk in its preparation.

Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes. I still cut it into four parts (so that it cooks faster), but it’s up to you.
  2. Fill the potatoes with water when it boils, only then add salt (if you add salt immediately, the potatoes will not boil, and the mashed potatoes will not get a homogeneous mass).
  3. Boil the potatoes until tender. After it is cooked, drain it with “potato broth”.
  4. I drain the liquid from the potatoes into some kind of container, because it will still be useful to us for making mashed potatoes.
  5. Using a potato masher to prepare mashed potatoes, mash the potatoes thoroughly.
  6. Pour into the chopped potatoes the liquid that we got when cooking potatoes (we previously poured it into a container) and mix thoroughly, then add butter (butter should not be spared, the taste of our puree largely depends on it). Mix everything, let the butter melt and mix again.
  7. If the puree seems thick to you, then it can be slightly diluted with “potato broth”. Also, if it seems that they have not been over-salted, then add salt to taste.
  8. Here is our mashed potatoes and is being prepared. When serving, it can be decorated with chopped greens. Enjoy your meal!
