I don’t know about you, but I often think: “What would you do with the side dish?”. In search of variety in a magazine, I came across this recipe. It intrigued me with its novelty and simplicity.
Here’s everything you need + spices.
Peel the potatoes and put them to cook. As soon as it boils, add salt.
Add 3 peeled apples to the boiled potatoes. For convenience, I cut them into 4 parts. Cook until the potatoes are ready, about 25-35 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, heat the cream (I have 10%) with 1 tsp curry, allspice and black pepper almost to a boil.
Drain the water from the potatoes. Mash the potatoes by pouring hot cream mixture.
