  1. A rather ascetic set of products.
  2. Wash the potatoes, do not peel them. Cook it in salted water in the usual way. Maybe a little overexposed, we can use it. Drain the potatoes, peel them, and rub through a sieve in a large saucepan. You need to wipe it hot, otherwise the potatoes will turn into a ball. If the potatoes are cold, heat them in the microwave.
  3. Cut very cold butter into small cubes.
  4. Put the mashed potatoes on a small fire, let the mashed potatoes dry a little while stirring intensively with a wooden spatula for 2-3 minutes. Continue to mix vigorously, add oil in portions – it should be absorbed into the potatoes. This may require some effort on your part. When all the butter is used up, pour in the hot milk, add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
