Meat Bread with Apples and Nuts Recipe
This meat bread will decorate any feast. It is prepared simply and quickly from available products. It turns out juicy and fragrant. It is easily cut into portions. I usually serve it hot. But even when cold, it remains delicious.

  1. We will prepare all the products that will be at hand.
  2. Finely chop the onion, add sugar and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Add to the onion and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Chop the nuts (I put them in a bag and roll them out with a rolling pin), add to the apples and warm up for 2-3 minutes. The filling is ready.
  4. Now about meat. I take a ready-made chicken; in the composition – only poultry meat of mechanical deboning. If you twist it yourself, it is better to use the smallest mesh 2-3 times. The minced meat should be soft, tender and juicy. If it turned out to be rough, it is better to additionally punch it with a chopper. If it seems dry, just add water. Add salt to the minced meat, season with hops-suneli and knead well.
  5. Cake mold (mine 29•9•6 ) brush with vegetable oil and put 2/3 of the minced meat. Make a recess in the middle for the filling, form the sides.
  6. We spread the filling. Cover the top with the remaining minced meat. Align the upper part. Cover the mold with foil and send it to the preheated oven for about an hour. Focus on your oven. At the end of cooking, remove the foil and let our meat bread brown.
  7. Remove the roll from the mold. I have string beans and boiled potatoes as a side dish.
  8. Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
