Meat Terrine Baked in Borodinsky Bread Recipe
Very interesting snack we were treated to relatives in the village. Prepares simple and of a minimum number of products, and it turns out very tasty and pretty. They eat it both hot and cold. Especially in delighted from it were our men.

  1. I made a sample of a small portion of a loaf of 300 g. Cut the top of the bread, scrape the crumb gently, trying not to break the walls. Lightly dry the loaf in the oven.

  4. Cover the loaf with a bread lid (toothpicks in the photo was a bad idea, I then removed them, because it was impossible to wrap the loaf in foil). Wrap the snack in several layers of foil and bake at 180* 1.5 hours without convection. Bread snack turns out very little, just a couple of stripes, they are impregnated with the taste and smell of meat pate. Pate, in turn, is impregnated with the taste and smell of Borodino bread. Enjoy!
