  1. Pork cut into long plates. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, adjika. Mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Grate the potatoes on a grater for cooking French fries. If there are no floats, just cubes. Put it in a saucepan, pour boiling water, add salt. Let it brew for 15 minutes, drain the water.
  3. Finely chop the greens. Sprinkle a plate of pork with herbs, put 9-10 potato cubes on one side, turn it over and fix it with a toothpick.
