  1. Cut the mushrooms into strips. Fry. Place on a napkin.
  2. Cut the onion into rings and fry. Cut into 4 pieces (I like large).
  3. Peel the pepper from the seeds and cut into strips.
  4. Chop the Peking cabbage.
  5. Peel one orange, remove the seeds and finely chop.
  6. Refill: Squeeze the juice from the orange (about 2 tablespoons). Add the lemon juice, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Mix everything together.
  7. Mix all the chopped ingredients. Add peanuts and crackers. Fill with the resulting sauce.
