  1. Onion cut into half rings, carrots thin strips, fry until slightly Golden.
  2. Cut the beef into strips.
  3. To the meat add the fried vegetables, garlic grated on a fine grater and cucumbers, also cut into strips. For dressing, mix mayonnaise and mustard, if necessary, salt. Let the salad cool in the refrigerator before serving.
