Onions cut into half rings, carrots into thin strips, fry until slightly Golden brown.
Cut beef into strips.
To meat add fried vegetables, garlic grated on a fine grater and cucumbers, also cut into strips. For refuelling mix mayonnaise and mustard, if need to put salt on them. Salad before serving, chill in the fridge.
