Thick, stringy, fragrant and very refreshing! If you do not add alcohol, you will get a wonderful syrup for cocktails, ice cream or pastries.

Instructions
  1. Soak the mint in water for a few minutes and rinse well under running water.
  2. Pour in the water, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Delete.
  3. Add sugar, lime slice, citric acid to the mint broth and cook, stirring, over medium heat for 10 minutes. Cool the syrup, strain, add vodka and mix well, you can add a fresh sprig of mint to the bottle, which is removed after 5 days (for a more pronounced taste).
  4. For a brighter color, you can add food coloring. I preferred to keep the natural color.
