  1. Fry the pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Add sesame seeds and fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into quarters. Fry in butter for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
  3. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, chop them coarsely or tear them with your hands. Add chopped garlic, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped dill. Mix well.
  4. Add the warm mushrooms and stir.
  5. Sprinkle with fried seeds, stir and serve immediately.
