Garlic
Instructions
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Add water, put it in a water bath, stirring, cook for 10 minutes.
Fry the garlic in oil until golden brown.
Mix garlic with sauce and chop, add starch, cook until desired consistency, remove from heat, cool.
