Instructions
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Add water, put on a water bath, stirring, cook for 10 minutes.
Garlic fry in oil until Golden brown.
Mix garlic with sauce and grind, add starch, cook until desired consistency, remove from heat, cool.
