  1. Defrost and rinse the mussels under running water. Grate the cheese and garlic on a fine grater. Add ground hot pepper to the mayonnaise and mix.
  2. Cover the baking dish or baking tray with a sheet of foil. Lay out the mussels. Add a little mayonnaise sauce to each, sprinkle with grated cheese and garlic.
  3. And pinch the edges of the foil so that they do not touch the mussels. Bake at 160-170 degrees for 30 minutes. It can be served as a hot appetizer, or as an independent dish. It is recommended to drink cold, semi-sweet white wine.
