Defrost and rinse mussels under running water.
Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater. In mayonnaise add ground hot pepper and stir.
Form or baking tray lay a sheet of foil. Put mussels. In each add a little mayonnaise sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and garlic.
And pinch the edges of the foil so that they do not touch the mussels. Bake at 160-170 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be served as a hot snack, and as a separate dish. It is recommended to drink cold, semi-sweet white wine.
